Homecoming queens mike got spiked will perform in the Hope Castle, Castleblaney on Friday April 8 next.
The quartet will play Castleblaney; the home of bassist Johnathan Myles as part of the nationwide tour in support of debut album Caveat Emptor which was released in early March.
A number of support acts will also play on the night and are currently being finalised. Details will be announced in the coming days and weeks.

Oh my god what a nite, MGS getting better each time I see you guys. Just a shame yous didnt get to play your full set but sure there is always next time  What can I say about The Grudge yous fucking rocked. For a band that only recently got together yous were so tight. Cant wait to see yous rock the show again soon |

Great night.. It was well worth the trip down! The Grudge were very impressive.. As this was my first time seeing any band attempt Tool, I was skeptical on how the performance would be. But by half way through the first song, I was very happy! The timing was excellent in forty six & two, me liked! Good choice of songs too! well done to them!! missed the next band.. oops! saw most of Odiem.. I love this band, heavy as fuck!! Their songs hold great energy and they always get everyone going mental, good stuff!! Mike Got Spiked.. wow..! This was my first time really watching them closely and taking it all in. I was blown away. Everything was so precise, all the effects, fills, harmonies, stage show, everything!! Pity there wasnt a bit more room for Gav to rhawk out though..But still very entertaining! People i took with me for their first experience of MGS loved them too. We had a deadly night in mental Blaney \m/ oh i got most of the MGS set recorded too.. It was a bit too dark but the sound quality is pretty damn good! listening now, its deadly |
